Privacy policy
This is a plain-language draft of how Breaker OS handles personal information. It is not final until it has been reviewed by a lawyer. Operator: Breaker OS [TODO: legal entity name and address once formed].
- Account details. Your email, display name and handle when you create an account (sellers and buyers).
- Show and break records. Spot lists, randomizer results, hits, corrections and timestamps for breaks that sellers run on Breaker OS. These are the point of the product.
- Shipping details. Buyer addresses a seller needs to ship cards. Addresses are encrypted at rest and only the seller who needs them can see them.
- Imports you give us. Order files you download from a platform and upload yourself, or emails you forward to us. We never ask for your platform passwords or tokens.
- Usage data. Basic, privacy-friendly page and error counts so we can fix problems. No advertising trackers.
It does not show real names, emails or addresses. Sealed public records keep handles only, so a record stays checkable after someone deletes their account.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
When you delete your account in the app, we delete everything you own. Public records keep handles only.
