Seller agreement
This draft adds to the terms of service for sellers. It is not in force until reviewed by a lawyer. Operator: Breaker OS [TODO: legal entity].
- Follow your platform's rules for the formats you run, including its randomizer rules. Where a platform provides its own randomizer, use it.
- Run only formats your platform allows. Rules change, so check them.
- Record honestly. Do not edit or hide events. Fix mistakes with a correction that gives a reason.
- Handle buyer data carefully. Use buyer addresses only to ship their cards.
It does not run your draw, hold your money, sell your spots or take part in your sales. It never sells break spots inside its own apps.
After that, plans are a flat monthly price, with no percentage of your sales. Fee figures shown for each platform are the platform's published schedules, with the date each started, and are estimates, not tax or financial advice.
Buyers can check a break through its link. Corrections stay visible by design.
It does not decide a claim. Platforms decide claims. Talk to a lawyer about your own legal obligations.
