It does not run breaks, sell spots, pick teams, hold money for breaks or decide disputes.
You are responsible for your account and for what you record.
The seller agreement adds terms for sellers.
A record shows what was saved and when. It is not a guarantee that a break was fair, legal or complete.
A correction is added as a new entry and the original stays visible. We may remove content that breaks the acceptable use rules or the law.
Records can help show what happened, but platforms and courts decide disputes. Breaker OS is not legal advice.
It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Whatnot, eBay, Fanatics or TikTok. Names are used only to describe compatibility.
When paid plans start, prices and billing terms will be shown before you pay, and you can cancel any time. Your records stay exportable.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
