My hit never arrived: what to do
If your hit never arrived, start by gathering proof, then ask the seller, then use the platform's claims process. Each step is easier when you have a clear record of what happened and when.
Before you contact anyone, collect:
- Your order details from the platform: order number, date, the break title and your spot.
- The show recording or clips. Platforms usually keep a replay for a while. Note the time the card was shown.
- Any record of the break. If the seller used Breaker OS, open the verify link, press Verify and save the page or a screenshot. It shows who owned which spot and when each hit was logged.
- Your chat messages with the seller.
- Tracking information, if your order shows any.
A timestamped record is the strongest thing to send, because it removes guesswork about when things happened.
Look at the tracking and at the seller's stated shipping time. Some sellers ship in batches after a show. Wait out the stated time before you make a claim.
Ask for tracking. Most problems are solved here.
Time limits apply, so do not wait too long. Always check the platform's current help pages, because rules and windows change.
On Whatnot: open the order in the app and use the option to report a problem or contact support, and describe the issue with your evidence. Whatnot explains its buyer protections and card break rules on its help and trust pages (help.whatnot.com and trust.whatnot.com/card-breaks).
On eBay Live: orders are eBay orders. Open the order in My eBay and use the "item not received" or "problem with order" option. eBay explains its Money Back Guarantee and its time limits on its help pages.
Today you can open the record link yourself and save it, as described above.
That is evidence you can attach. Breaker OS does not decide claims, and it does not refund you. The platform makes that decision.
If a verify page shows a MISMATCH, or the record does not show your hit when you saw it on stream, save a screenshot and include it in your claim. Do not edit or crop anything. Keep the original.
This is general information, not legal advice. Follow the platform's own instructions for your case.
