What to expect with shipping
After a break, the seller packs your cards and ships them with tracking. Most packages use sleeves and toploaders, or a team bag for base cards. Timelines depend on the seller, so read the listing for the shipping time before you buy.
- Base cards often go in a team bag, or in a stack between two pieces of cardboard. Many sellers group all your cheap cards together.
- Hits go into a penny sleeve and then a toploader, or into a magnetic holder. A toploader is a stiff plastic holder that protects the corners and edges.
- Valuable cards may travel in a bubble mailer or a small box with padding. Better packing costs the seller more, which is one reason shipping is not free.
- Graded cards (slabs) need a box with padding, because the plastic cases crack.
If your hit is worth a lot, ask in chat how it will be packed.
Some ship within a few days of the show. Some ship in batches once a week. Read the listing and the platform's shipping rules, because both matter. Delivery then takes the usual time for your shipping method.
Check it when you get the notice that the seller shipped. If tracking does not move for several days, message the seller.
Many sellers combine orders from one show to save on postage. The platform's tools may handle it for you.
- Take photos of the outside of the package before you open it.
- Photograph the damage to the cards and the packing.
- Message the seller with the photos.
- If you cannot work it out, open a claim with the platform. Time limits apply, so check the current rules.
It can be a flat fee or tied to the weight and size of the package. Platform fees may apply to shipping too. See How spot prices work.

Check each card against what was shown on stream. If something is missing or damaged, you will have proof.
